What is hypnosis or hynotherapy?

Hypnosis is a state of mind that is in deep relaxation.Your focus has been narrowed down and your suggestability has been increased. Hypnosis is a state that is between wakefulness and sleep.

Hypnotherapy on the other hand is Hypnosis used for therapeutic purposes. We are using hypnosis combined with therapy to to find solutions to your problems.

How does hypnosis feel?

It’s similar to drifting off to sleep at night, that stage when you are not quite awake and not quite asleep, you may feel a sense of weightlessness or you may feel heaviness as all your muscles relax. Everyone experiences it differently.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

Yes, anyone can be hypnotized as long as they want to be. There are all different levels of hypnosis but we can all be hypnotized.

Will I be asleep?

No, you will not be asleep but you will be deeply relaxed and aware of everything in the room.

Will you take control of my mind?

No, its not possible for me or any hypnotherapist to take control of your mind. You are always in control and always aware of your surroundings.

Will I tell you all my inner most secrets?

No, you will never disclose any secrets. The only information passed is only from your own accord. You will always be in control, I am merely here to guide you through hypnosis.

Is it safe?

Hypnosis is 100% safe in fact there are no records throughout history with hypnosis not being safe.

Is it safe if I am pregnant?

Yes, Hypnosis is completely safe for pregnant women.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a free 30 minute consultation. If then your happy to proceed we then start the real work.

How many sessions will I need?

I work on a 1-3 session basis but more complex cases can be anything up to 5 or 6 sessions. As the sessions go we will know if you need more.

How long do the sessions last?

I offer a free consultation which can last up to 30 minutes and then if your happy to proceed we start the proper session which will normally last 60 minutes.
